Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Velio: the Android and Android TV apps, the account area on the web and this website. Velio is published by Wolfbyte, whose details are in the legal notice. Creating an account means accepting these terms.

2. What Velio is

Velio is a player: it sorts and plays the catalog of an IPTV subscription you already have, with the provider of your choice (Xtream Codes account or M3U playlist). Velio does not provide, sell or host any channel or content. Your device connects directly to your provider’s server; Velio neither sees nor controls what it broadcasts.

3. Your account

• You must be an adult to create an account. Kids profiles let minors in your household watch under your responsibility.
• You provide accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
• An account is personal. Its profiles (up to five) are meant for the people in your household.

4. Your subscription and what you watch

You alone are responsible for the subscription you connect to Velio, for its legality and for the content you watch. You agree to use Velio only with a subscription you are legally entitled to, in compliance with copyright and the laws of your country. In particular, you must not:

• use Velio to access content broadcast without the authorization of its rights holders;
• resell or share access to Velio or to your subscription outside your household;
• disrupt the service, circumvent its protections or query it in an automated way.

5. The service

Velio is provided as it exists and changes over time. We do our best for it to work well, but it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance. It also depends on your provider and your connection: we do not guarantee that Velio is compatible with every provider or that the provider remains available.

6. Price

Any paid offers, their price and their conditions are presented clearly before any purchase. Nothing is charged without your consent.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for the content broadcast by your provider, its availability or its legality, nor for indirect damages related to the use of Velio. These limits do not apply in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part, nor where the law prohibits them; they do not deprive a consumer of the rights the law guarantees.

8. Intellectual property

Velio, its name, logo, code and visuals belong to their publisher. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Velio for your private use. You may not copy, modify or decompile it, except within the limits permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Velio at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these terms, after notifying you where possible.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. A significant change will be announced to you by email before it takes effect; if you refuse it, you may delete your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving a consumer of the protection granted by the law of their country of residence. If there is a problem, write to us first at info@velio-iptv.com: we will look for an amicable solution. You may also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). Failing that, the competent courts are those designated by law.
