Delete my account

From Velio

1. Open Velio on your phone or TV, or sign in on the web.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password (or your Google account).

Your account and all its data are erased immediately. This cannot be undone.

If you can no longer access your account

Write to info@velio-iptv.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Delete my Velio account”. We confirm the request, then your account and its data are deleted within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your account (email address, sign-in);
• your profiles and their settings;
• your sources (server address, subscription credentials, M3U link);
• your progress, your list, your favorite channels and your language choices.

Crash reports, which contain no addresses or credentials, are erased automatically after 90 days. The catalog stored on your devices is erased by uninstalling the app.

Deleting only part of it

In Velio’s Settings, you can delete a source or a profile at any time: their data is erased immediately.
